Let me commend your staff. After our initial enquiry, Shaun was prompt to contact me and arrange an appointment. He was friendly and helpful and was here right on time. He took time to show us the product and to fully answer all our questions. Overall, we found the “sales process” a very comfortable, pressure free process, which greatly helped our decision making. Not to mention the effect of my eldest daughter who was visiting at the time. She supported Shaun’s explanation of OzShut’s quality, availability of spare parts and prompt friendly attention if maintenance was ever needed. She’s had OzShut Roller Shutters for quite some time and is very happy with them. She said they’ve only had 2 component failures but, on both occasions, OzShut came out and fixed them on the day she called. The decision was made, the paperwork done and Shaun made sure we knew exactly what would be happening next.
The next day we received a call from a gentleman to arrange an appointment for a detailed measurement of each window. The next day he arrived, exactly on time, and made very accurate measurements. He too was very friendly and happy to answer any questions. A few days later the Installer called and made an appointment. Right on time, the installation team arrived and set about installing our Roller Shutters. These guys were also very friendly and helpful and obviously experienced and competent. In ‘no time’ they had finished the installation, cleaned up and advised that the electrician would be here to finish the install. As described, the electricians were soon here and had the installation completed quickly. Again, they were friendly, helpful and very competent.
Overall our experience with OzShut has been a very pleasing one.
