We had been thinking of having roller shutters installed for several months and finally decided to do something about it. David from your Advertising Department came
to see us on 24 August 2011 and while we know that your product was good he showed us how good. David and his boss John came up with a great offer that meet all of our needs:

• Australian made - always our first preference
• Quiet to operate and blocks out noise and light - the roller shutters were installed on our children's bedroom windows (ages 4, 3 and 6 months) so this was an important feature
• Insulated to reduce heat transfer in and out of our home - another important issue for us as we want to reduce our energy costs
• Making our home more secure
• Affordable price - and thanks to David and John the cost was fantastic.

David promised that the shutters could be installed within a week and true to his word they were fully installed (including electrics) 6 days later.

We would also like to thank Kris Sladky who actually installed the shutters. He was prompt, courteous and cleaned up. And the electricians from Adamson Electrical were also on time, courteous and cleaned up. Well done gentlemen.

We are already noticing the difference - on the chilly mornings when the shutters are down the bedrooms are still nice and warm. And during the day when the children are having their naps it is lovely and quiet for them.

So once again, thank you for having such a great affordable product and for the staff who have contributed to our positive experience with your company.

These shutters have now been installed for a month and we have noticed a significant reduction in road noise from a busy intersection. The bedrooms are much darker which has been a godsend for our 5 month old baby, he is now much easier to put to sleep during the day and is not waking at sunrise!! Brilliant

Tuesday was like any other day when OZSHUT came to call.
Superb, quality shutters for one and for all.

The sales girl was pleasant and keen to have her say,

so an appointment was made for the very next day.

It was 6.30 pm the next evening and all was fine

when the very knowledgeable Todd Ford turned up exactly on time.

Todd Ford knew his stuff alright, his samples all laid out demonstrating the aluminium parts,

light but stout.

The strong aluminium mouldings and the sealed stainless bearing

were definitely a selling point and I'm sure, very hard wearing.

The colours were numerous but not too hard to choose

with quality like this there really was nothing to lose.

Todd Ford measured up and calculations were made,

a recommended price was suggested but not paid.

To reduce the price advertising was offered and obviously desired

displaying a small OZSHUT sign was all that was required.

After lengthy negotiations, Todd was a patient man.
A deal was struck with a drink and the shake of his hand.

After paying a deposit and installation date was agreed

Saturday morning was the day and 3 hrs was all they need.

Saturday morning came after only 3 days had past

when the installer arrived, I call that really fast!

Installing 3 window shutters was no mean feat

But after only 3 hrs installation, the job was complete
